You'll identify and attract the best available talent; maintain a constant pipe of candidates; improve and manage our hiring process and represent KMTX at screening interviews, as well hire highly technical talent and rare senior profiles.
You'll implement, deploy and monitor core features on KMTX's advertising stack; design and implement new distributed microservices; identify, troubleshoot and propose solutions to problems and share development best practices.
You'll design and implement large-scale data processing pipelines, participate in design and Improvement of data warehouse, industrialize ML model trainings and deploy data related services in a live environment.
You'll implement, deploy and monitor core features on Keymantics’ advertising stack; Identify, troubleshoot and propose solutions to problems in the production environment, work closely with product and design in product requirements and roadmap planning and apply development best practices to share with the team.
